The Seller provides delivery within the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Seller is obligated to deliver the goods covered by the sales agreement without defects.
The delivery and order fulfillment time indicated on the Store’s Website is calculated in business days, in accordance with §5 section 2 of the Regulations.
The ordered goods are delivered to the Customer via a Delivery Provider to the address specified in the order form. On the day the goods are shipped to the Customer, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer’s email address, indicating that the shipment has been dispatched by the Seller.
The Customer is obliged to examine the delivered shipment in a timely manner and in accordance with the usual practices for such deliveries. If any loss or damage to the shipment is detected, the Customer has the right to request that the Delivery Provider’s employee prepare an appropriate protocol.
At the Customer’s request, the Seller includes either a receipt or a VAT invoice covering the delivered goods in the shipment.
As part of the agreement with the Customer, the Seller may send an invitation to the Customer’s email address to complete a post-purchase survey. This survey aims to assess the opinion regarding the transaction. The Customer may voluntarily complete the survey.
